Small Group Equipment Classes
Helping you to reach your goals and feel your best!
|Due to our small group class size, space is limited. Participants must pay and reserve their space in class in advance and arrive on time.|

POWERHOUSE 360: Powerhouse 360 is an intermediate level circuit class that will include mat, arc, reformer, and tower work.
PILATES APPARATUS-FOUNDATIONS & FLOW: This class is a perfect place for our clients who prefer a steady pace focusing on the mind body connection principle Joseph Pilate’s method. A great starting place for our clients that have a mat core level foundation in their pilates practice and are ready to join in a small group equipment class.
PILATES APPARATUS-INTERMEDIATE: This class is not a beginner level class, working at a fluid pace this class is most appropriate for our intermediate clients.
PILATES MAT-CORE LEVEL: This class is a perfect place to begin your mat practice. Breaking down the work and moving a pace that will challenge the body but build strength and your mat practice. This class is perfect for beginning your pilates mat practice.
PILATES MAT-CHALLENGE YOUR FLOW: Challenge Your Flow is best for clients who have already have a Pilates Core Level practice and are ready to pick up the pace and challenge their body in a deeper way. Working at a deliberate pace this class will flow from one movement to the next following the Pilates Mat order.
