Class Descriptions

PILATES APPARATUS-FOUNDATIONS & FLOW: This class is a perfect place for our clients who prefer a steady pace focusing on the mind body connection principle Joseph Pilate’s method. A great starting place for our clients that have a mat core level foundation in their pilates practice and are ready to join in a small group equipment class.

PILATES APPARATUS-INTERMEDIATE:  This class is not a beginner level class, working at a fluid pace this class is most appropriate for our intermediate clients.

PILATES MIDWEEK MAT: Challenge your control, flexibility, transitions, and endurance.  Working at a deliberate pace this class will flow from one movement to the next following the Pilates Mat order. Class is 45 minutes of flowing mat work.
