Studio Policies

  • All clients are required to complete a health history and liability wavier before your first session.
  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment or class, cancellations must be made 6 hrs in advance to avoid being charged.
  • Cancellations should be made via the online client account.
  • Please arrive on time to your respective appointment or class. If you are over 15 minutes late to class it is considered a “no show” and you will be charged for the appointment or class.
  • Training packages must be paid in full and in advance.
  • There are no refunds for purchased training packages and packages are not transferable.
  • Please note that there will be a $25 service fee for all returned checks.
  • You are welcomed and encouraged to bring water bottles.
  • For the courtesy of others and for safety, please do not wear strong perfumes or lotions. Lotions can be a safety issue causing you to slip off the apparatus.
  • In the studio we work barefooted or in gripped socks (such as: Toe-Sox) which provided a gripping surface on the bottom of the sock.
